FAQ:

when are monthly mail club orders shipped out?

they are sent out at the end of the month! the cut off the place your order every month is the 27th.
note: because monthly mails are shipped near the end of the month, it is normal for your 2nd billing to occur before you receive your first mail - but rest assured you will receive all the mails you've signed up for!

when will my mail arrive?

members in the US: within 1 week of shipment
members worldwide: anywhere from 2-4 weeks of shipment (please wait patiently and contact me if it's been 4+ weeks since the shipping notification and you still haven't received your mail)

is there tracking?

all little guy mails will be sent via snail mail/stamps to keep our membership low, therefore no tracking

note: if your address is incorrect and your mail gets lost, there will be a small fee for resending. please make sure your address is correct. if you need to update or change it, please email me as soon as possible!

how do i manage my subscription?

you can pause, resume or cancel your subscription anytime! when signing up for the mail club, you should be prompted to create a login, which is where you will be able to manage your subscription.

note: if you paused but want to resume for a specific edition, please make sure to resume before the end of the billing date, otherwise the system will skip that edition for you.
